My opinion is that we need to somehow find a way to get more eyeballs on your work. I think it’s important and I don’t think it gets enough attention. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself.
Yes I agree and thank you for saying so! Do you have ideas? I’m pretty maxed out with 2 little kids, running a small business, midwifery school and writing… I would love a bigger audience but am also in the trenches of early motherhood myself so I’m mostly just trying to be patient and trust the process and the universe 😊
I’m going to try connecting you with other similar minded folks here on Substack… (like Abigail). I’m not a writer or “influencer” I’m just an appreciative reader of all this incredible talent… but maybe one of the connections will resonate? At the very least, each person who sees your writing (through my efforts or anyone else’s) might also share it on their feed causing more eyes to see it. I just really believe what you’re doing, and saying, should be attracting more attention and I’m baffled that it isn’t. It’s not very long ago that I was a stay at home dad (who also ran his business when my then-spouse was home from her job) and I remember being exhausted! I can’t remember if I suggested this to you before… whether it’s siblings or parents or neighbors or paid sitters, please try to get away and nourish the relationship with your husband… because I didn’t and mine didn’t last.
Thank you! Yes I would love to make more connections and grow this space. And yes we do go away on adventures without our kids as often as possible but the summer is pretty full on with camp/chaos.. thanks again 💗
